Okra fries recipe baked

- 1 pound fresh okra
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoning (your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly cover with oil spray, and set aside.
- Wash okra, and dry with a paper towel.
- Cut the top off of each okra, cut into half lengthwise, and place in a large bowl.
- Toss okra with oil, chicken-style seasoning, and salt.
- Spread seasoned okra on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, and turn halfway through. Serve immediately.
