How to make okra fries

Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh okra
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning (your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly cover with oil spray, and set aside.
  2. Wash okra, and dry with a paper towel.
  3. Cut the top off of each okra, cut into half lengthwise, and place in a large bowl.
  4. Toss okra with oil, chicken-style seasoning, and salt.
  5. Spread seasoned okra on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, and turn halfway through. Serve immediately.
